1. Personalized Nutrition Plan

Expert Guidance and Personalized Meetings

It all starts with a one-on-one nutritional consultation to better understand your child’s eating habits. Your health coach will prepare a nutrition plan that gives your family the flexibility needed to make permanent lifestyle changes.

We will also train your family on how to use MyPlate. This is an effective and simple way for your teen to learn how to control their portions with an easy to understand illustration that will teach them how to build a healthy plate.

Finally, your coach will keep track of your child’s monthly progress and offer expert advice to help your family make better food choices. After all, the key to lowering and maintaining weight is to follow a balanced nutrition plan.


2. Complete Expert Support

We Empower Teens with the Tools to Succeed

Our monthly support meetings are designed to help kids stay motivated and on track to reaching their goals. It includes a 30-minute biweekly check-in to overcome challenges, celebrate successes, and review your child’s progress.

Your health coach has a toolbox of tips to make the program work for your life and your family. Our meetings discuss positive thinking, body image, self-esteem, dealing with stress, goal setting, problem solving, and so much more.

Your coach will also make adjustments to your child’s nutrition and exercise plan. It is all about empowering kids and teens with the tools they need to be successful and help them build their strength, confidence, and self-esteem.


3. Customized Exercise Plan

An Active Lifestyle is Essential to be Healthy

All our customized exercise plans are designed to help kids and teens get in shape no matter what their current level of activity is. Your health coach will prepare an exercise plan that is personalized to fit your family’s needs.

During the first meeting, your health coach will teach your child how to perform the exercises on the plan. As your daughter or son gets stronger, your coach will scale the exercise plan and make it more challenging.

All our meetings include a check-in to problem-solve challenges, celebrate successes, and review your child’s progress. Your coach will also review your family’s nutrition and exercise plan to make any necessary adjustments.
